What is your return policy for fragrances?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. We highly recommend purchasing our 2ml sample vials before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Heretic Parfum is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. Most of our fragrances are vegan, though a select few may contain sustainably sourced beeswax or honey absolute; please check the specific ingredient list on the product page.
How long does a natural perfume typically last?
Natural perfumes interact with your body chemistry and generally last 4 to 6 hours. Because they lack synthetic fixatives, we recommend reapplying throughout the day to refresh the scent profile.
